Clearly answered
What materials do you work with?
Aluminium, steel, stainless steel, plastic and non-ferrous metals such as copper and brass – as well as the special material titanium and almost any other machinable material.
What is the minimum production quantity for you?
From prototypes and batch size 1 to small series production and recurring series production – flexible according to your needs.
Up to what component size can you mill?
On our TILTENTA 7-3600, we machine milled parts up to 3,600 mm in length. For smaller components, we have additional 3- and 5-axis machining centers available.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
Ideally, we need a 3D file (STEP) or a dimensioned drawing (PDF/DXF) specifying material, quantity, and tolerances. Don't have finished CAD data yet? We design in-house.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
We will get back to you as soon as possible after your request with an initial assessment.
Do you also offer construction and surface finishing?
Yes. Design and CAM programming are done in-house. Blasting and vibratory finishing are carried out internally; processes such as galvanizing, painting, powder coating, anodizing, hardening and blackening are supplied via certified partners – everything from a single source to the ready-to-install assembly.
Which industries and regions do you work in?
We are based in Willich on the Lower Rhine and manufacture for customers nationwide and internationally – from mechanical and plant engineering to special machine manufacturing.
Let's talk about your project.
Describe your project to us – we'll assess its feasibility and create a customized offer for you. You can send us a drawing or CAD file directly, but it's not required.
